Meet the Instructor

Tom Markley, MLHR, SHRM SCP, SPHR

Since completing his Master of Labor and Human Resources degree at the Ohio State University, Tom has held numerous roles in Labor Relations, and HR Management, in consumer products and manufacturing in both corporate and operations environments. Tom currently works in Performance Management for a Houston based non-profit organization. In addition, Tom has held leadership positions in numerous community and industry organizations, and currently serves as College Relations chair for Texas Bay Area SHRM.
